Miller Can Still Fight Joshua...?

                 Miller Finds Escape Route !.

Recently, Jarell Miller failed three drug tests which made him unqualified for the fight with Anthony Joshua, as the New York State athletic commission did not licence him.

Edddie Hearn revealed that American's License with New York City has expired,which insinuated that they do not reserve the authority to punish Miller.

Reason being that the American boxing works on each state rules separately rather that it being generalized. Miller might not serve this punishment as a result of this loophole.

According to Hearn, in an interview with Fight Hub : "The situation is, He doesn't have a licence with New York State Athletic Commission because it has expired,So they can't punish him.They can only refuse his license.He can go to any other commission and apply for a license, I don't think he'll get one."

As Jarell Miller will lose his reputation and some dollars, he can look for individual commission so he could  box again.

Miller could be banned by WBA, IBF, and WBO from fighting for their titles and being in their rankings, He might still get a fight from individual/private commissions.
